Job Title: Head of Finance

Job Summary:
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. You will play a key role in financial planning,
analysis, and decision-making to support the achievement of the organization’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals.
• Conduct regular financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to provide insights for decision-making.

2. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.

3. Strategic Financial Management:
• Collaborate with the executive team to formulate long-term financial goals and strategies.
• Provide recommendations on financial strategies and alternatives to support business objectives.

4. Risk Management:
• Identify and assess financial risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets.

5. Cash/ Working Capital Management:
• Manage relationships with bank, plan ahead for cash flow and working capital requirements
• Optimize financing costs, manage FX and work with Global HQ on long range planning for cash & working capital management

6. Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

7. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CA/ACCA/CPA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
