About the role:
Our client is looking for a dynamic young professional to join their team as a Business Intelligence Developer and contribute to building their reports BI for all of their business teams worldwide.
As a BI Developer, your role will primarily focus on supporting self-service reporting tools and interacting with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning
The candidate will have a background in Data Analysis, Report Development, and Visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support self-service reporting tools for business users.
- Assist business stakeholders in understanding and effectively using self-service reporting tools.
- Provide training and support to end-users for self-service reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize BI solutions for performance and usability.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with self-service BI reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and IT professionals.
- Experience as a BI / Data visualization Developer with expertise in designing and developing reports and dashboards.
- Experience in BI tools MicroStrategy and its components (Folders, Reports, Filters, Visual Insight.)
- SQL skills for data analysis and data crunching
- Knowledge of database technologies such as Snowflake and other relational databases.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on self-service BI reporting tools and interaction with IT.
