Job Responsibilities:
• Implementing and maintaining the infrastructure for applications and software systems
• Managing and automating CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring and maintaining system availability and performance (including backup processes, patching, etc.)
• Identifying and resolving system issues
• Collaborating with developers and other teams to ensure smooth operation of software applications
• Managing and configuring cloud infrastructure and services
• Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and data
• Managing and scaling containerized applications using orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Managing and configuring monitoring and logging systems
• Participating in incident response and disaster recovery planning
• Continuously improving system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with best practices and technologies in the field
• Contributing to the maintenance of Confluence spaces by writing/completing procedures, descriptions, and other information
Qualifications:
• Solid experience in Linux/Unix administration
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Strong scripting skills in at least one language (e.g. Python, Bash)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Elasticsearch
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Understanding of networking protocols and concepts
• Experience with database administration and management
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
