Financial Controller – Real Estate Funds & Mandates

Your responsibilities
Financial administration (funds and mandates)
- Monitor fund administration performed by external parties
- Support and coordinate financial audits
- Review and assess valuations used for invoicing
- Manage rent indexing across multiple countries where funds and mandates invest
- Instruct service providers and verify invoiced rents (including turnover rents)
- Act as primary contact for financial administration matters with external parties
- Prepare and deliver reports for investors, banks, and service providers
Financial reporting
- Create and maintain cash flow overviews
- Handle ad hoc and regular financial reporting (qualitative and quantitative) to internal and external stakeholders
Financial process control
- Drive process optimization and improvements within financial administration
- Manage and enhance administrative organization and internal control (AO/IC) processes
- Anticipate changes in external and internal environments and translate these into updated financial processes
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Completed Post-Bachelor Controller education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the real estate or investment industry
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is a plus
