Job Title: Financial Management Accountant
Location: Southampton, UK (Full-time)

Within the UK, they are already manufacturing coffee for several well-known and high-quality coffee brands.
As a Financial Management Accountant, your main responsibility is to follow up on the customer accounting and payment in the system and manage independently month-end close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee booking/clearing customer payments in the accounting system, including auto payments, direct debits (SEPA), dunning, and bank reconciliations
- Assistance in day-to-day credit management and customer collections, including Vendor bookings, payments, and clearing
- Day-to-day communication and answering internal as well as customer queries, Liaising with customers/Vendors, suppliers, and third-party
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation, preparing, and monitoring overdue reports, DSO, and follow-up with customers
- Liaising with internal departments and answering their queries on customer/vendor balances.
- Supporting Finance Manager in financial and accounting matters including audits.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
- MIS Reporting – Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
- Oversee material inflow and outflow from the factory
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, BOD
- Perform basic office management duties as requested
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Min. 4-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance
- Able to work under pressure and maintain the right balance among multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with Customers/Vendors
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
- Good command in Excel
- Fluent in English
