About the role:
As an HR Business Partner, you support the commercial functions in Europe as a proactive sparring partner for all people-related activities along the whole employee lifecycle. For this position is very important to possess good business acumen, a global understanding of the key HR processes, and analytical skills. A natural curiosity to learn about our commercial activities, a drive to improve our HR processes, and mobility to travel to different sales offices in Europe will be key to being successful in this role. You will be based in our Amsterdam office and with directly report to the Senior HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Partner: Work closely with people managers of commercial functions across Europe and build relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Operations: Support the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment, and onboarding to performance management, talent management, learning and career development, rewards cycle, engagement surveys, exits, etc.
- Reporting: Provide key HR analytics to support decision-making, including MIS reports, organizational charts, and EPR updates.
- Projects: Support in the deployment of various HR initiatives (e.g. HR digitalization, employee engagement, organizational design)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor diploma (WO/HBO) in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or similar
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in HR, as of which minimum of 2 years as HRBP to commercial teams
- Good understanding of different HR areas (such as recruitment, rewards, talent, etc.)
- You can easily switch between hands-on and strategic tasks
- Proven experience in managing employee relations
- Proven ability to build relationships with different levels of seniority and functions
- You are a team player, with strong communication & analytical skills
- You speak English at a proficient level, any other European language is an advantage
- Flexibility to travel to different sales offices in Europe
