Job Title: Managing Director/CEO
Location: Germany

Our Client is looking for someone who has a strategic mindset with the ability to steer the company toward profitable ventures while also ensuring all operations comply with its long-term goals and vision. In addition to that, you must also possess strong crisis management
skills needed to handle all problems a company may face.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
• Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company’s future
• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
• Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Read all submitted reports by lower-rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues, and resolve problems
• Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Should achieve YoY sales growth as agreed in ABP.
• Plan to reduce costs, and increase productivity, and efficiency.
• Helping in the diversification of business as per approval of Board / Shareholders
• Timely updating the Shareholders on regular matters and submission of improvement plans

Requirements & Skills:
• At least a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
• Prior experience as a Managing Director
• Proven prior experience in developing strategic business plans
• In-depth understanding of industry and market changes as well as the market factors influencing the company
• Knowledge of corporate finance, corporate law, and performance monitoring procedures
• Knowledge of managerial practices and governance principles
• Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
