Job Description
For the IT team based in Hoofddorp (Amsterdam area), we are looking for an SAP project implementation & Operational Support who would be responsible for:
-Working as a Business SPOC for IT Initiatives
-Coordination with Business and Global SAP Team for IT Projects and IT Issues: Ensure documented requirements from Business, and necessary approvals before sharing with Global Team.
-Coordination with the Global team for their understanding and arranging meetings with businesses for
necessary open points and ensure that requirements are well documented and understood by the business as well as the IT
-Coordination with Global Team on Delivery by ensuring that necessary project plan is being prepared, and agreed upon. Periodic review with IT as well as with business
-Coordination with businesses for necessary testing and ensure that businesses test the system before they start using
-Record for all training records / documents / Training Manuals for future and new joiners
-Project Governance for all IT Projects / Issues for the Region – Weekly /Monthly Meetings
-Ensure periodic Training to End Users in coordination with Global Support Team
-Documentation and Validation for IT Projects
Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills
-BTech/ MBA or similar with 8 to 10 years of overall experience
-SAP S4HANA/ECC Knowledge : 5-7 Years (not only as a SAP user but also as IT team member where he/she has worked with team on SAP Implementation or support in FI and MM areas) Having understanding on VIM is an added advantage)
-Project Management Skills
-Strong Presentation / Documentation Skills
-Strong Communication skills and experience working with different cultures
