Role: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Romania
Responsibilities:
- Build and consolidate all the AOP / business planning, Forecasts, and Monthly Financial Reporting
- Review of historical data, determining the activities for a year, and forecasting the resources required
- Coordinate connections with the shops and finance hubs (Prototype Sr Director and Proto Shop Managers, Planners, Engineers, Sales Managers, Sales Admin, Customer Management, C2C Department, and Finance Controllership)
- Ensure the accuracy of the revenue recognition for Business
- Monitor the proto expenses: material cost, L&O, initiate the costing corrections, inventory, and identify ways to optimize
- Build and consolidate all the Financial Reporting
- Coordinate with Controllership and IT to properly manage the Financial tools (Costing, Recharges, HFM, Sales reports, etc.)
- Prepare and ensure the accuracy of the Monthly Financial Reporting for ISC leaders and FP&A of all related topics
- Develop and Maintain Financial Reporting Framework
- Work with Finance Leaders worldwide to ensure the accuracy of Prototypes reporting and also consolidation of local and regional data
- Ensure that all the recharges to Engineering, Intracompany, and other business units are being processed
- Prepare presentations including the proto KPIs and active participation to the key business meetings
- Manage the preclosing and closing activities, issue the tooling contribution invoices, prepare the journal entries, and HFM inputs, and monitor the posting and reporting accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management
- Good knowledge of financial statements
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to present quick precise information to stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP and HFM it’s a benefit
